I believe that together we can make skating fun and rewarding. My personal goal as your coach is to provide a strong foundation that can be utilized to achieve skating goals.
I believe that the value in goal setting is the process- we can have a lot of fun and learn a lot about ourselves as we are working towards achieving them.

Fall/Winter Skating at OSHAWA SKATING CLUB Sept 6, 2011 - March 29, 2012
Prior to each session, all skaters are to arrive at the arena a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your session to complete a 10 minute off-ice warm up. (To be provided) This will not only allow you to be warmed up to skate your best when you are on the ice, but also you will increase your jumping power (plyometrics), you flexibility and also you agility (easier movement).
Following each session, skaters must complete flexibility exercises. (To be provided).
If scheduling is a problem for parents, please discuss this with me to arrange for alternative plans.
The sessions below are complimentary, I hope all skaters find time to participate in at least one a week. Please inform me which sessions you plan to attend.
